making miniature buildings for my stop motion movie?

hi i am stop motion designer and i have a godzilla 1954 toy scaled 6 inches high. i want to make a stop motion which involves him destroying buildings. waht should i use for buildings and what materials. i want the build about 13-14 inch high.

for the buildings i think u should use stable materials, like egg cartons, bottles and strong cardboard for the walls.
u could use clear plastic for the windows too.
