i’m not gonna … i’m not gonna bad-mouth it, but i will admit that i’ve seen better. sorry. i just don’t get the connxn b/w the song and the movie since ijust finished seeing the movie for like the 20th time. plus, i’m a mega-huge fan of the franchise. but at least you’re trying and i respect that. i just wish that toho co. would just leave the godzilla amvs alone and not try to take them off youtube. i mean, utube has a few gamera amvs but u don’t hear daiei co. complaining about the fans using their material.
You have to … You have to remember to, Shusuke Kaneko directed the Gamera trilogy before this, and uses a lot of the same concepts (obvious good and evil characters) in GMK that he did in Gamera.
Well, blame Toho, … Well, blame Toho, not the director. You see, Shusuke Kaneko, the director of this film, originally developed the story with Anguirus and Varan, instead of Mothra and Ghidorah. Toho didn’t consider Anguirus and Varan to be bankable enough, so they forced Kaneko to replace them. And Ghidorah is, in a way, still filling the same role, that of Godzilla’s main enemy.
They gave Gojira a … They gave Gojira a new scary-eyes look because he was supposed to be filled with the angry souls of all that died needless early deaths in the pacific war of the early to mid 1940s. That is also why Godzilla was invulnerable.
Am I the only one … Am I the only one that thinks that the new ‘Zilla suit makes him look like the Dinosaur from “Pee Wee’s Big Adventure”? I’m sorry, but one look at that suit made me change the channel, and I usually never say no to a good Godzilla film.
nvm about that i … nvm about that i just found out that king ghidorah must have 10 heads total he grows 1 every 1000 yrs but it’s only been 3000 yrs so he grows 3 heads and is extremly weak so he can’t fly and mothra died gave him her powers so then he can fly.and godzillas evil because he was reborn from the evil spirits from the past war which was world war 2.so he’s being controled to do their bidding
as i been wondering … as i been wondering why is godzilla evil in this one and why are his eyes white?…btw king ghidorah looks awesome in this one have u ever noticed that if king ghidorah flys he must be weak but in this one he flys and is strong….the only time he doesn’t fly but is strong is in final wars but that’s keizer ghidorah
